From PhatWare Corp :PhatWare HPC Translate is a utility that allows a user to translate single words from one language to another. It works on any Microsoft Windows-powered Pocket PC, Handheld PC, and Palm-Size PC. Currently HPC Translate includes English and Spanish dictionaries. Each dictionary contains approximately 32,000 words. Program size, including English and Spanish dictionaries, is about 390KB. German and French dictionaries are also available and can be purchased separately.
