GurtSearch is a internet search tool. You type in what you are looking for and pick a search engine (out of 50 + search engines) and click search, It will return that search engine's results in you default internet browser. If you want to try a different search engine, you just choose another one and it will do the search again automatically. With GurtSearch 4.0 you can change the 'skin' of the program and download more skins in the future, you can configure the list of search engines to put your favorite search engine on top and so on. You can use almost any browser with Gurt Search, and you can download updates automatically or manually as you choose, without having to download and install the program all over again.

"Good program, but..."

Summary
The skinning feature of thisprogram is excellent and the program looks great, but it takes up too much screen real estate for a simple search bar. If the selected search engine was represented by a small icon, and the search button was reduced in size and moved to the side rather than underneath everything else, then I would be able to use this program more effectively, but for now when it is set to be always on top it will always cover a portion of the toolbars or window in any program I try to use.

results at once...it list 1O
at a time...that's ironic for
a search-tool-program....it only
works with Netscape....
Copernic and Webferret are equally
