Gunze, USB (UPDD):
- The Universal Pointer Device Driver is a conceptually new pointer device driver that has been developed to meet the demands of the new generation of Windows operating systems and the pointer devices used to interface with these systems. Based on the Win32 Driver Model architecture this single driver handles any number of simultaneously connected devices. The pointer devices can function in absolute pointing mode, such as a touch screen, light pen or whiteboard, or relative mode, such as a mouse or digitizer. Building on the development of our previous Windows touch screen drivers we have integrated new pointer device concepts with much improved functionality and features.
