Anyone who spends much time online today must have some kind of antivirus and spyware protection, or risk dangerous infection. Providing a capable guard against viruses, this tool performs part of that task--but we found that its adware and spyware tools were less well developed. From the beginning of the installation process, the software is easy to use, with a simple, if uninspired, interface. It doesn't require much system memory to run, and the trial version allows users to find and remove spyware. However, when we tested these spyware protection features, we found the program failed to detect several well-known malware components. It also identified a component of Adobe's Acrobat Reader, and another belonging to a different well-known antispyware tool, as viruses. On the whole, this software does provide adequate but not perfect protection, and we would recommend that frequent computer users find a more powerful security tool.Publisher's description

"This is a terrific program! Easy to use!"
Pros: Found viruses that 2 other GOOD programs didn't find. Easy to use too!
Cons: For someone that doesn't know a lot about computers, sometimes I need the big arrow that says CLICK HERE or DO THIS....This program took me a second to find out what to do.
Summary: When trying to get rid of rogue viruses this is definitely a program to help rid you of them. I now have 3 different programs and this is a good one to add to my collection.

Pros: Easy to install and easy to use. Works very well.
Cons: The virus chest is a little hard to use because you don't know whether to delete the virus or just leave it there. They don't tell you what to do.
Summary: Overall, an excellent program and free for home use. You can't beat it.
