"Good, but used to be better"

Pros: Easy to use, does its job, very nicely designed (much better than most bulk mailing softwares).

Cons: It does not import .eml messages correctly; doesn't handle HTMl + plain text messages (I may be missing something here since it is such an important feature). Previous versions had a more straightforward (even if less attractive) user interface.
