"This Notepad is very effective and has a good usability."
Pros: First, it is a good substitute for the Windows's notebook.
Then, it is a worthy rival to WinEdt for TeX/LaTeX users. It is useful for FORTRAN files editing.

"Very helpful and universal programm"
Pros: GridinSoft Notepad has many useful features to edit text files that are really great, and it has a set of some other very interesting features, that you won't find in other editors, like:
1.) SVN support(yum-yum!)
2.) Powerful search engine(searches in all files that you choose)
3.) HEX editor
4.) Math expressions engine (LaTeX)
5.) Print with syntax highlighting
6.) Templates (for example, for your code -- it is very usefull)
And one feature that will(i hope) replace any cons:
