Cons: IconCool website indicates that the $59.95 version of Graphics Converter Pro for Vector will convert Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. It does not. Upon complaint, their techs asked me for an .ai file to test and then admitted it doesn't work and said they are working on the problem. Is it too much to ask for them to test an .ai file there before making claims on their product website? This was presented as a finished product, not a beta release for customers to debug. Also, Windows Explorer will not open while their program is open after a file conversion. Wasted time and money on this, now waiting to see if they will refund.
