"Sub-par...and just not good..."
Pros: ...the graphics were nice.
Cons: Very hard to navigate, it didn't let me use my mouse at all...and it doesn't go to the config. wizard right after installing it...my speakers almost blew when it let out this GIANT boom of static after I tried to watch tv on it. The controls are not very obvious and unless you want to spend an hour or two messing with this sub-par software to get it working...honestly, it's just not worth it...I recommend you look somewhere else for a more quality freeware pvr program...(MythTV, GBPVR, etc...even yahoo has a free pvr program now)...

Version: Got All Media 5.0.2
Pros: This is a very good medea centre frontend and best of all its free. The graphics are great and it's media playback is good, I especially like the aspect correction which allows you to correct the aspect ratio for the screen you are using which is an important feature often lacking in these media centre frontends and its easily accessable while your viewing your videos (Especially useful for me who has a 16:9 TV but PC will only output in near 4:3 ratios). Its also a lot less resource hungry than the other free alternative MediaPortal. Overall quite a good program
Cons: Now the cons, there are quite a few...
1) Considering it uses codecs, it will not play all media even if you have the codec for it (MP4 Video a perfect example)
2) Its VERY hard to configure anything especially plugins and the movie cataloge, the options are there but unless you know exactly what you are doing, they wont make ANY sence what-so-ever
3) And finally, bugs, there are quite a few in both the main program and the config program though it is still functional
