From TinyTwo Productions:This application gives you the freedom to adjust your audio settings and Winamp player from any program using globally recognized keyboard shortcuts. It is designed to be especially useful for those who play games, work with sound in full-screen environments, or are everyday power users. Benefit from using an optional on-screen display (OSD), a system tray menu, and command-line options. It includes OSD skinning support, the ability to control commonly used audio mixer devices, multiple soundcard support, the ability to quickly view your audio levels, and many more features.
Version 1.8.0 features a completely redesigned installer (NSIS), default settings will now be loaded on new installs, included Winamp3 support, addressed several minor issues with WinXP SP1, and added the ability to periodically check for updates (about every 12 hours).

Pros: Better way to control the volume in Winamp than Winamp's own global hotkey plugin because you're not required to have Winamp in focus to work.
Good way to control game volume quickly.
Cons: OSD won't popup when running games in full screen.

Pros: great for gamers or anything else that takes up the whole screen (and doesnt have a control on their speakers or keyboard, which i dont).
Cons: would still rather have the keyboard or speakers with the controls

Pros: Does what it says it does and does it well! Bonus application hotkeys.
Cons: Wish I could increase/decrease the voume in user-defined increments (as opposed to the smooth slider, which takes time to go from say 95% to 10% volume)
