GetHostIP is a free (for non-commercial use) small and simple stand-alone (it does not need to be installed) tool to quickly retrieve the host name and IP address of a workstation and run the web browser to open the router to configuration page. It was designed primarily as a tool for use with our DualDesk remote support software but can be used as a stand-alone tool.

It assumes the IP address will be ***.1 and if it can't retrieve the address or if the workstation has a public address, it will open a blank page in the browser allowing you to input an address instead of trying to open a router page.
