Version: GeSWall 2.2.5
"Great firewall, sandbox, rootkit/key-logger/backdoor protection"
Pros: Ease of use, preconfigured programs (chat, p2p, webbrowser, email, ect). After starting those application once and isolate them (in the sandbox) I could set my protection to high. Astonishing freeware
Cons: Had to 'always allow' my AVG auto updater (avignet.exe and avgemc.exe). Helpdesk responded within 4 hours (a miracle for a freeware program).

Version: GeSWall 2.2.5
Pros: Seemed to stop all attempts of unauthorized programs accessing the internet or vice versa
Cons: Is a REAL pain if you use a program which isnt listed in the 'trusted' programs list within the control console......you then have to send information about the program to the authors website to get access rules granted!!

Version: GeSWall 2.2.5
Pros: It is very simple.
Did't have to configure it for peer to peer programs
Also the initiative of asking on the web site to allow a particular program is very good
Cons: My computer OS(W2K) crashed several times with it.
I was not able to boot even in safe mode
