"I have included a link that WILL download."
Pros: I gave it three stars because it helps GIMP work; but there are "similar programs easier to use" and install; I am only an average-level computer user but I got through it okay.
Cons: The download link is broken; but here is an alternative from the same domain (just replace [] with whatever they say they are: gimp-win[dot]sourceforge[dot]net[slash]stable[dot]html
