"Great Records Managment Add on for SharePoint Services"
Pros: Really a great utility it allowed us to continue to use WSS with minimual usage of SQL resources saving us lots of $$$ on licensisng and disk space
Cons: Easy to configure, easy for users to use, each department can have seperate billing for thier AWS use
