6. Ccleaner and control panel can't even find it, yet there's a link for it in all programs, and it opens.

I hate this product. It doesn't work for anything and I can't even remove. I can't find any information on the website or anywhere else on how to get rid of it, and I'm gonna end having to pay someone to do it. It's a waste of space.
