Nothing as I didn't use it.
Cons
I've run out of free space on my hard drive and with Disk Inventory X I realized that Freenet has a single cache file of 48 Gb and other datas as well. Instantly deleted.

Besides anonymous P2P filesharing you can also post anonymous websites (only accessible through Freenet) and chat anonymously with others.
Cons
It is slow due to Freenet routing the traffic around nodes to hide people's computer IP
Summary
Freenet makes users untreaceable from the RIAA and your ISP, nobody on Freenet ever got a lawsuit letter, can any other filesharing software say the same?
Freenet contains some offensive material just like the Internet also contains offensive material but the benefits of the Internet outweigh the problems it causes, the same can be said about Freenet. -

none at present, was looking into for file sharing but boards are mostly pedophile related. I'm all for freedom but even boards that are not are dangerous and don't contain much else.
