This free application is supposed to provide a list of free proxy servers for anonymous Web surfing but doesn't accomplish anything. Free-Proxy-Servers.com Proxy List Windows Tool's standard interface displays a bothersome ad for Web hosting but doesn't have a help file. Void of features, this software only has a proxy search button. It also includes information regarding proxy servers as well as suggested spyware and adware tools. Even though the program requests Internet access, it yields no results when you click Search. While Free-Proxy-Servers.com Proxy List Windows Tool is free, it certainly isn't worth downloading.Publisher's description

Pros: Easy to set up
Cons: Didn't clarify how this was supposed to work so I am not sure how the list actually works

"There are NO proxy servers to use."
Cons: There are no instructions to use this tool. I clicked on the "find proxy servers" and not a thing appeared. So it is useless.

"It apparently does nothing except to check for proxy server but shows nothing."
Pros: It uses a very small filesize, approx 2.6MB.
Cons: It shows an advertisement using IE and although it checks for proxy servers, it does not even show them. It doesn't even have a help page.

Cons: This thing offers no real help - and when attempting the odvious, it LOOKS like it is downloading some lists; BUT nothing appears in the programs window, nor can you find the list file(s) anywhere!
