Free Morphing creates a sequence of frames which are the transformation of the source image to target image, giving the appearance that the source image becomes the target. Images must be true color (24 bit) and have the same size. In the program you can create lines (the same number in Source and Target) which describe the transformation.

2.Just load the beginning and the final pics for the trnasformation.
3.No confusing options.Cons
1.Cant change the intermediiate layers.
you will require a separate process like gimp or so.

everything, waisted over half an hour with no results but it telling me the pictures have to be the same size. There seems to be no right size.
Summary
5 attempts to download and run the app finally worked but it seems none of my pictures are the right size, file or dimension. Like some of the other CNET offerings. Great sounding app but that is all it is, great sounding. And I am surprised others have actually been able to use it.

Most of the features are great and the program viewer works good. Multiple reference points make for a controlled morph.
Cons
The final product as its rendered into avi did not play back consistantly on a windows media player. 1 time it would run smooth another it would hangup.

Smooth transitions and the product is very easy to use.
Cons
I tried to save my first and only animation as a GIF and the file created was not recognized by any programs which display GIF's. Saved in AVI format, played in media player but would not load in my AVI editor. Saved to TIFF multi, but only saved the first frame. Pretty useless program if you can't save your work in a useful way.

i love everything especially because is the easiest to use or at least compared to all the others that i have used which is probably about 20-30.
