In addition, it can automatically clean your files at start-up or shutdown.

"Good privacy cleaner and startup manager."
Pros: On the main page you can do a quick clean or a clean and reboot, those will clean a lot of tracks. Or you can select what you want to clean by clicking on browser. It will clean browser history, temporary internet files, visted urls, typed urls and cookies.
Click on windows and you can select recent document list, start run history, open save history, clipboard, recycle bin, find history from start menu and a lot more. Click on miscellaneous and it has a startup manager, where you can disable or enable startup programs.
Cons: Will not clean swap file.

"Cleans up your IE history fast"
Pros: Free Internet Eraser 2.3 Cleans up your IE history fast
Cons: But since I don't use IE except to when I go to Yahoo Music, it was of little benefit to me. It doesn't support Firefox and Opera browsers, which I use 99% of the time.
