"100% Free. Works fine as well."

"Works very well for the most part"
Pros: Works well 90% of the time. But the Roxio Media Ticker saw right through and picked up the hidden folders. Very curious.

Pros: Pros:
- 100% Free. Works fine as well.
- Undeniably fast and easy to use.
- Can't be penetrated by simple means such as command lines.
- "Others will not know where your personal files exist and they will not be able to accidentally view them"
Very true. Effectively hides personal data away from those without the intention to view them.
In short, perfect for personal use.
As for highly confidential company information and such, there are definitely better alternatives so long as you pay.
Cons: Cons:
- Somewhat buggy. Several minor flaws here and there.
- Security savvy users won't find this much of an obstacle.
- Certain known programs out there are easily able to bypass this.
- Hence, cover may be blown if the other party is aware that you have been using this software.

"It does what it says and it does it FASTT!!"
Pros: It's small, fast and it works. Unless you are hiding NASA secrets, this tool will hide folders and files from prying eyes. Also, it password protects the hidden folder for extra security.

Pros: Works okay but.....
Cons: Attention!!! This program disables the useful Window's property, to hide or unhide files and folders. Had to remove it before the 'Show Hidden and System Folders' option would work again.
