  Pros: Free Easy MP3/WMA Sound Recorder

  Cons: No recording level sliders or meters. It would have made it perfect.

  Version: Free Easy MP3 Sound Recorder 2.01

  "Finally, one that works!!!"

  Pros: I've been trying to find an audio capture program for so long now, but all the ones I downloaded didn't work. This one did, and it worked well. The sound was crisp and clear...plus it has a nice, simple and easy to use interface (inexperienced computer users will have an easy time using this). Great, bravo!

  Cons: I didn't really find any cons...although some of the labels for the buttons show up as question marks ??, it's odd, but it didn't make much of a difference in terms of how it functioned. I wouldn't even go so far as to call it a bug...

  "Easy to use"

  Pros: Good quality, easy to use audio recorder. Record from a variety of sources and save as mp3, wma or wav files in a variety of formats.

  Cons: Could be improved by allowing adjustment of recording levels and inclusion of VU meters
