"Had annoying, out of date advertising on close"

Pros
It ran on Windows 98 which is getting harder to find nowadays.
Cons
It deletes only one file at a time, has ads, and tries to launch a "Packard Bell" advertisement when you close. On my system, it created a never-ending cycle of advertisements, eventually needed Task Manager to kill it. I wish there were 0 stars.

Look elsewhere for a file wipe utility.

The ONE file I delete was not found by my file recovery software.
Cons
The program only allows you to delete one file at a time. Extremely time consuming, even if I'm only deleting files on a floppy. If there is a way to do more, it's not very clear.
