Pros
Beefy, phat sound. Load several at once and layer the sounds to give it even greater presence. It's a perfect layering synth to add sound/harmonics with layering to other synths to create original sonics. If you judge it against Albino, NI or Kontact mainstays you're an idiot.
Cons
No negatives, it's fun to play with.
