"Great COMMAND LINE program for displaying images."

Pros
Permits displaying frameless, borderless, captionless images (including animated GIFs) from a command line.
Cons
For its intended purpose - I could find no Cons. The only option I could ask the developer for would be a command that allows you to specify common image display sizes.
Summary
Great for creating Windows Reminders with images or animated GIFs. This program permits Windows to play animated GIFS on command.
For those who wish to create Windows Reminders: Run the Task Scheduler and select "Start a Program" as the Action. Direct the settings to your copy of frameless.exe and add desired arguments and filename in the "Add Arguments" box.

Normal Windows reminders created with the Task Manager are lifeless and limited - You now can play any animated GIF that displays on top of your desktop as your reminder.
