This program is a handy editor for PDF files. There is no installation; once you click the EXE file, PDF Editor opens on your desktop. After opening a PDF file, you quickly see how easy the software is to use. You simply click any part of a document, and the automatically selected line appears below the document. Then you configure the text, color, stroke color, transformation, or form. The program also allows you to add virtually any text or image object. Moreover, it displays all the current settings of the line or object, which is convenient for further configuration. This program will be useful for any person needing to customize anything in a PDF file.Publisher's description

Version: Foxit PDF Editor 2
"Pretty Good, just have to use your brain and be creative to get what you want"
Pros: The ability to edit PDF files free is great. For me, the program works quickly and I am creative enough to figure out how to remove their brand from each page.
Cons: The software brands the company's logo on each page, but if you know how to copy and paste blank space - use your brain, be creative - you just have to do a little work to get something for free.

Pros: simplicty, the interface, the docked properties and such a lightweight in terms of megabyte.. I gat 3 words "I love it"

Pros: It does start very fast, as advertised. When I close a .pdf file and return to it, I find myself right where I left off.
Cons: Graphics are not rendered as finely as in Acrobat. I use it for service and parts manuals, and line drawings in Foxit are more jagged. Some part numbers within the drawings are illegible (even with my glasses) until I magnify to 200%.
I'm setting my file associations to select Foxit, but I'm not going to keep Acrobat Reader installed.

Pros: It does allow some limited editing of PDF files.
Cons: Difficult to use and not able to apply a signature stamp. I've tried several PDF editors and in the end Adobe Acrobat Professional is far and away the best.
