All things considered, this application makes a decent way to design photo collages. Setup goes smoothly enough, despite the large installer (packaged in a 13.7MB ZIP file). You use the icon labeled Image to open folders full of pictures, or you simply browse your PC using the Explorer-like file tree. And although Photo Collage supports most major image formats, it won't let you work with TIFFs. The main window provides features for rotating, copying, and pasting images, and clicking the Process icon lets you make tweaks such as adjusting a photo's brightness, contrast, and gamma. You'll even find a few basic effects and filters. You can add frames, masks, and text to the generated collage; change the color scheme of the background; and insert any type of image file into it. Folks with a creative slant are likely to find Photo Collage worth a look.Publisher's description
From iFoxSoft :Merge your photos into beautiful scenery just by pushing a button. Fox Photo has various background pictures, and mask and frame templates. It has a work space, you can select a favorite image as the background, then insert one or more photos, edit and process them, and merge them into background with a mask template, then save the result as a single picture or print it out. You also could add a beautiful frame and rich edit text to the photo. Fox Photo also includes image-browsing functions. The application lets you know which folder on your computer contains image files by indicating the folder with a special icon.
Version 1.23 adds more frame templates and adds an open button to open a image from the toolbar.

"Product as promised. Easy-to-use."
Pros: I like the idea of adding frame to photo and merging photos into background with mask templates. The product is cool. I hope they continue improving it. I bought it and it was quick and easy. $19.95 is not bad for this type of software.
