From Keksoft :FotoBatch is a batch image converter and processor. It will allow you to convert image files using scripts, the script file will be automatically created when you editing image. Create scripts so that all of your images have the same enhancements and adjustments made to them. It offers over 30 imaging functions such as resize, rotate, blur, add border, text watermark, image feather. Version 5.0.1 added "Replace Color", "Adjust Gamma" features, text watermark with filename variables; fixed memory overflow while gif, png convert in batches, fixed some bugs..
Version 5.02 added Resize Canvas and Copy image features, improved ordering in batch list, and fixed problem with could't removed same filename while adding directory.
