From Bebosoft :Create custom PHP, ASP, and Perl scripts for HTML forms and send the field values thru e-mail, in text, HTML, or multipart, with file uploaded in the forms and then attached to the e-mail, or dump the field values to a text file, MySQL, or MS-Access database. Validate your user input for correct values, like correct e-mail, length, number range, credit card number, and missing value. Send confirmation e-mail, with file attach and field values. The script is created and customized for your HTML form, which means is very secure against spammers, but includes the ability for HTTP referrer and IP address filter.
Version 3.1 includes new landing page interface and functionality. Now the script can display a message instead of a web page as the landing page, making it easier to use. Ability to apply settings files to different HTML forms, something that was possible in version 2.x, but was removed in 3.0.

"Please be wary of the feedback below - Great product"
Pros: This product gets the job done, very flexible: it's my swiss army knife . So far I haven't had any trouble. I get paid for what it cost 20x times now. Works great on Mac and Windows. Potential buyers need to be wary of the feedback below; especially when it appears not to be that well informed.
