From Bebosoft :Create custom PHP, ASP, and Perl scripts for HTML forms and send the field values thru email, in text, html or multipart, with file uploaded in the forms and then attached to the email, or dump the field values to a text file, MySQL or MS-Access database. Validate your user input for correct values, like correct email, length, number range, credit card number, missing value. Send confirmation email, with file attach and field values. The script is created and customized for your HTML form, which means is very secure against spammers, but includes the ability for HTTP referer and IP address filter. Version 2.6.5 added a new feature: when closing the MySQL or MSAccess settings with empty table fields names, Forms To Go will suggest to fill them with the form field names. Also fixed a couple of bugs: Perl scripts without multivalue fields or file uploads were not performing correctly because were missing important part of the code and MySQL and MS Access dumps scripts were not correctly mapping values when multivalue fields were dumped to the database.

"FORGET customizing premade scripts. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!"
Pros: i spent hours... no days. trying to get other peoples scripts to work with my specific setup. win2k/apache/activeperl/sendmail. THIS TOOK 2 minutes!! i am definitly going to pay for this software even though the trial is great.
