From Salty Brine Software :FolderClone is the latest product in Salty Brine Softwares stable of synchronization tools. Its purpose is to provide fast, flexible and easy backup, synchronization, replication, and mirroring of important files on most storage media. Once configured, it monitors the source folders for changes and copies new or changed files to the target. This process runs in the background without any further user-interaction required.
Version 1.5.7 resolves Type Mismatch error during loading of task list in some non-US locales and Overflow error during loading of task list in some non-US locales.

Version: FolderClone 1.5.7
Pros: Seems to have a nice set of features for a basic backup.
Cons: I was hoping to use this to keep my desktop and laptop in sync, but the software only does a one-way clone from the initiating system, not a proper synchronization. If I initiate a folder clone from my desktop, it will toss any files which exist only on the laptop.

"Tested it for 15 days using windows XP Pro and it worked great!"
Pros: Easy to use. Great alternative to doing dackups.
