Folder Security Personal allows you to hide and lock folders and files. You can choose to hide them completely or restrict access by making them read-only, preventing modification or deletion by other users or programs. It can restrict access to Floppy, CDRom, USB sticks, and other removable drives by locking them or making them read-only. It can also repair and prevent malicious changes on the Internet Explorer.

It comes with proactive spyware defender, now is able to: defend against Internet Explorer hijacking; protect core Windows system files from being modified, deleted, or replaced by any spyware, adware, or computer virus; prevent installing executables to system area; disallow installing programs to run automatically with Windows startup; disallow installing devices drivers without your consent.
