Pros
Great for synchronizing photo files, use the "contents" compare method to be sure the files match after moving or copying. Will also use for backups. Great program!
Cons
Help screens need some work, but good enough if you have a little patience to figure out how they work.
Summary
Highly recommended for photographers with lots of digital photo files to track and backup.
