From Focussoft :Focus MP3 Recorder is an ideal sound recorder. It supports four formats (WAV, MP3, WMA, and OGG) and produces high quality recording. The hotkey and schedule settings make it possible to handle auto start/stop of recording. With the hotkeys, you can even record during playing games, skype voices, watching online video or enjoying music. And the schedules can be set as many as you like. Converting file formats becomes easy in Focus MP3 Recorder. Just right-click the file and select a supported format. The splitter allows you to split a MP3 file into smaller segments. Splitting, previewing, and removing unnecessary segments are easy with clicks. Different speed for playing/previewing, fast locating, trimming and fast forward/backward settings are really helpful during your work. The joiner can merge multiple audio files into a new one. Also supports MP3 CD and WMA CD.

Version: Focus MP3 Recorder 3.2
Pros: Particularly useful I found the splitter and joiner functions in editing my music files. Although there are other programs that can do them better, this one can do it somehow too.
Cons: The program file of the free version seemed to get corrupted after a while. I do not know how this is digitally possible, but that's what happened. This made me very suspicious of the merits of the purchased version.

"Nice software with good support!"
Pros: Inexpensive, reliable, easy-to-use, and the support is fantastic. I purchased version 1.9? over a year ago and thought I would visit the high criteria web site. I noticed there was an update available, so I decided to download it. Since my email address had changed since the initial registration, I had to request a key to be e-mailed to me. It was emailed to me in less than 24hrs, and here I am with the latest version at NO COST.

"Total digital copy of my music"
Pros: At first the interface looks plain but it is so easy to use. Every function is just on level. I just select the recording format and setting that I want and I was able to get perfect recording.I used it to back up my protected and unprotected music easyly.

Pros: I can not thank you enough for making this program!! I have been look for a software which saves any sound you want it to. ***Great*** program, nice interface, easy to use, and the price is great too. Thanks a ton!

Version: Focus MP3 Recorder 3.2
Pros: It does a 'simple' job. Records sound from the PC to a mp3 format file. A interesting use I have for the program is to use it on my 'tablet' PC to record live from the microphone. The mp3 format will reduce disk space used. The automatic file name generation for the output is wonderful. Your program is one of the best I have used. You did a fine job. Thank you.
