FlyZip XR uses patent pending compression technology, which is optimized for handheld devices.
FlyZip XR 3.02 offers ARM-native processing power for application ultra fast compression/decompression on Palm OS 5 devices. User can choose between operating modes optimized for compression speed or compressed application size. Using speed mode on Palm OS 5 device Tungsten T, the compression/decompression speed is close to 1MB/sec for typical applications. It also introduces even more advanced extension card support - now you can compress and move the compressed file on a card, and launch the application directly from extension card with one easy operation.

"This compression application has worked well for space handling on my TE2."
Pros: It is simple to use and manipulate applications and it is not expensive for its purpose.
Cons: I have had complications trying to get the registration completed.

"Extremely POOR Customer Service"
Pros: A decent back up compression utility for the Palm. Fast, but other than that, nothing outstanding
Cons: However, after paying for the full version 5 days ago, I'm still awaiting the developer to send the registration numbers. No response to e-Mails.
DEFINTELY would not recommend, not worth the hassles involved.
Other software will do the same thing without waiting forever after a purchase.

Cannot accept zip files that are beamed or downloaded from web. -

Pros: Great program -- works perfect
Cons: shareware version adds seconds as delay untill purchased and no valid link is available -- there is no way to get registration code -
