PCs have made it simple for almost anyone to be an animator, even if only at a basic level. Flex GIF Animator helps create simple cartoons for a Web site, linking together 3D objects, images, or text boxes, and adding various special effects. Making animations that look truly professional may be out of this program's range, but its simple interface will make it easy to work with the basics. The program comes with a handful of sample projects so you can start working immediately after installation, without hunting down or creating new graphics files. When a project is finished, it can be saved as an animated GIF, as well as in SWF, MOV, and the self-playing EXE format. It won't be replacing Pixar anytime soon, but we give this straightforward program a confident thumbs-up thanks to its broad feature set and its ease of use.

Flex GIF Animator is a digital paint software program that works great with pressure-sensitive, wintab-compliant tablets. It has a versatile and brush engine that allows for creation of extraordinary brushes for making your art. It has dozens of predefine brushes (include crayon, charcoal, oil paints, and pencil). It has drawing, cloning, and retouching tools (including dodge, light, blur, and saturation modifier), add 3D look with drop shadow, glow and other effects to the graphics. It supports a variety of awesome special effects, include deform, flag, wave, spray light, scroll, particle, wipe, color change, light, blur. It supports create between objects animation and keyframe (include position, scale, rotate, alpha, and effect parameter) based animation.

You can also save animation in SWF Flash, Quicktime, and avi format with sound to your animation files. All this function is built in one simplified interface. Version 8.72 has enhanced the help system.
