Version: Flashlight for Exchange 1
Pros: Monitors all mail queues on an exchange 2003 server including those that other products dont monitor. I like that it has the ability to set a threshold that is easy to configure. Most of the time, it's most important to see WHERE the mail is stuck so you can cut to the problem without much troubleshooting. Awesome product! Cant beat the price.
Cons: I dont like the color scheme. It doesnt match my office decor! Just Kidding!!!

Version: Flashlight for Exchange 1
"Awesome product....Great value"
Pros: This product does something that Quest Spotlight can't. Monitors queues from all Exchange 2003 servers in our environment with no error messages or bugs.
We are monitoring 6 servers from one console for only $30.....incredible!!!

Version: Flashlight for Exchange 1
"saved my butt several times!"
Pros: Monitor a key part of your exchange environment at an incredibly cheap price.
System allows you to specify which servers to monitor, how large the queues are to get and if they go over a limit you can program the system to send you a message or in my case I have it send my phone a txt message incase my blackberry or mail server is not working.
Cons: Still waiting for version two! Rumor has it the flashlight will turn yellow when the queues start to approach the limit you set and orange when it goes over the limit.
