FlashAmp 3 is the audio visualization and lip-sync utility for Macromedia Flash 8 and MX2004. FlashAmp 3 is available in three different editions: Lite, Standard and Pro.
With FlashAmp you can:
- accurately synchronize animations to sound
- draw sound waveforms
- draw VU meters
- easily create lip sync for animated characters
- use audio cue points in Flash
- use stereo sounds
- use optional dB value scaling
- use the output file data directly in Flash via an ActionScript include statement
FlashAmpPro adds the ability to synchronize animations to sound spectrum data to create unique audio visualizations in Flash.
All editions of FlashAmp are designed to be easy to use so you can quickly and easily generate the sync data that you can use in Flash with some simple ActionScript.
What's new in this version: Version 3.1 is a maintenance release with the following changes:
- A new Preferences setting to restore the configuration of the application to the same state that it was on last exit.
- Restrictions when running FlashAmp unregistered have been eased - output data arrays now contain 60 elements, equivilent to 5 seconds of audio data at 12 frames per second.
