From Flash2X :

Flash2X Flash Hunter is a program to save flash movies from web and download Youtube videos. You can enjoy your favourite flash movies and Youtube videos on your computer anywhere anytime. It can be run as an Internet Explorer (IE) plug-in for IE users, and run as a standalone Windows application for non-IE users. It can also list all flash files in your Internet temporary folders and you can copy any of them.
