Pros: It's surprising that this program offers multiple editing functions, including the cue points, movie beginning and movie end, and powerful playback control bars, etc.
Cons: the interface is not cute.

Pros: Very easy to use and can convert to many formats. Can do batch conversions [if you choose to do so].
