It's free and does everything except work.
It's quick to download.
It's quick to install.
It's quick to fire up with a data exception.
It's quick to uninstall.
End of story.
That doesn't mean it won't work for you, especially if you have DEP (Data Exception Protection) turned off.
Cons
Windows shuts the program down with a data exception. I might be able to get it to work by turning DEP (Data Exception Protection) off, but I'm not willing to take that chance.

This is one of the easiest players for flash that I have found. Not only can you just "Plug and Play" but when you want to take on more, you can make changes to the configuration and playlist files using any text editor to give you real flexibility. That is only necesssary if you are a geek since you can add or delete flash movies to a playlist right on the screen. It also remembers your last several movies and playlists you watched from a previous session. I can't recommend Flash Movie Player high enough - very pleased.

No more need to open your browser to play .SWF files, able to take snapshots at any time, game mode to fix some bugs in flash games that appear in other flash players.
Cons
The default background color is black, which really screws up some movies and games. Fortunately, this is easily changed in the options dialog.
