This application assists you in creating and developing an extensive workout routine, but lacks help in creating an overall fitness plan. FitnessBliss's stylish interface is loaded with numerous illustrations of exercises, which explains its hefty download size of 24 MB. You'll be able to create a well-rounded workout schedule based on your equipment, along with targeted muscle groups, specific sports training ,and cardiovascular exercise. Along with detailed instructions, you'll see animated demonstrations to properly execute exercises, lessening the chances for injury. We were particularly impressed with the printed output as it contains illustrations, detailed instructions, and a progress log. Its two-use, two-day trial limitations are stringent, but the program's help guide is displayed throughout so you won't get lost while testing. We like the inclusion of a heart rate and BMI calculator, but would have liked diet-planning assistance, as in competitive utilities, for an overall fitness program. Even so, FitnessBliss proves to be a good virtual personal trainer.Publisher's description
From Blisslogik :FitnessBliss lets you create and print fully illustrated workout routines for weight training. The software includes more than 230 exercises and supports more than 50 pieces of fitness equipment. Every exercise is depicted by two illustrations that are printed directly onto your workout sheets. Also, detailed instructions for each exercise are printed along with your program for quick reference.
Version 2.0 adds more exercises, equipment, and routine creation options.

Version: FitnessBliss 2
Cons: Illustrations are pretty 1970ish, and the equipment options are very weak as well. Absolutely no reporting and tracking of progress. No clue what others might see in this.

"COntinued to have gliches. Would not save my profile!"
Pros: The best with excercise choices I have ever seen, Easy use to set up what types of excercises and also what days.
Cons: Would not save my profiles. Would print out my entire workout schedule for same day. Lodt data everytime I closed and re-opened the program. And HORRIBLE customer service...still haven't recieved my refund, no number only e-mail address.
Summary: Until the customer service issues and bugs are worked out, I recommend finding another program or creating your own with excel!

"Great for creating weightlifting workouts"
Pros: Nice collection of exercises - perhaps not for a professional bodybuilder, but for us, mortals - definitely.
Fine explanation of how the exercises should be done plus important points, that a real trainer would note to you to prevent injury.Cons: None from my point of view.
