My Workouts displays a routine for the current day, but it doesn't tell you how long to perform exercises or let you view future routines. A separate tab offers routine details and allows you to change exercise sets, but this section didn't always load properly in testing. You also can track daily calorie intake by meal, but the descriptions of available food items weren't always clear and you don't have much control over portions. The heart rate monitor and BMI calculator are easy to use and produce results immediately. Though anyone can use this simple application, the negatives outweigh the positives of this limited exercise planner.
