It s not easy for an image viewer to rise above the herd, but Firegraphic does, thanks to an innovative interface and an unusually large feature set. On start-up, it displays thumbnails of images in your My Pictures folder. You can drag and drop thumbnails to a tray for later use and select more from a file tree, which looks like the one in Windows Explorer, but with a twist. As you mouse over folders, Firegraphic displays thumbnails of the first few images inside, making it easy to visually scan for pictures. Double-clicking a thumbnail launches a viewing window with the usual options, such as rotation, zooming, and cropping. Firegraphic also can burn images to a CD and acquire new ones from a scanner, a screenshot, or the Clipboard. The interface looks highly professional, if a bit unorthodox. However, for anyone who needs a powerful, lightweight image viewer, Firegraphic is well worth the slight learning curve.Publisher's description
From Firegraphic.com :Firegraphic is an image viewer for photography professionals, Web, and graphic designers to import, organize, view, edit, print, and share their digital images. The new Firegraphic has improved its memory usage and consumes very low memory, which leaves more memory for you to edit your photos in the image editor. Firegraphic now supports the RAW file formats from digital cameras. Firegraphic gives you the ability to open multiple photos in the Viewer and compare photos side-by-side to choose your best shot. You also can customize the tools in your toolbar and the Context menu in the Viewer. The Firegraphic user interface lets you change the skin color and edit photos with a third-party image editor.

Version: Firegraphic 8.5
"Terrible program. Not worth a free trial."
Pros: None, unless you like to have your computer freeze and require a restart every other time you use the program, and don't mind having files erased from your hard disk.
Cons: I downloaded this program and it erased all of my photos. Fortunately I had backed them up so I did not lose anything of value. This program is buggy and caused my system to crash 5 times out of the 9 times I opened it. Not recommended for anyone (except maybe your worst enemy, but even that may be too cruel).
