FileMed EMR system offers patient documentation management, while freeing your practice of bulky paper records. Charting FileMed has a capability of customizing a Clinical Chart template for almost any medical specialty, and the possibility to attach accurate reporting of diagnosis codes according to the built-in International Classification of Diseases ICD-9CM and ICD-10 tables. Simple Appointment Scheduling FileMed manages the times for the appointments in a highly customizable manner, making it easy to configure by the user. The appointments template (one for each user) is highly flexible, thus allowing the setup of days and the time for each appointment, time slots, duration of each appointment, bank holidays, non-working days and the addition of extra (non-scheduled) appointments.
Version 4.0 revision 11 features new options and redesigns several sections.
