From L.C. Enterprises :File and MP3 Renamer 99 lets you rename multiple types of files with ease. This program can rename several files or create a file series, and it is fully configurable. With the Rename From List feature, you can create a list with all the files in a directory, modify the filenames on that list, and then rename the original files with the names on the list (see screen shot).
Version 4.0 features better error handling, ID3v2 support for MP3 files, and a preview feature for MP3 files. The interface has been completely redesigned with an improved Preview feature for files.
Note: The unregistered version is ad-supported. Registration costs $10.
