Version: Feed Editor 5.3

"terrible support"

Pros: Product has a lot of potential. Easy to edit and create rss feeds.

Cons: Terrible support outweighs pros.

Summary: This product has a lot of potential, but I?m disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a copy of the software about 2-3 years ago and have thus far emailed the support address twice for assistance and have gotten no response. While they pr... read more >>
