With flat, uninspiring graphics and a severely limited trial period, this wrestling game may leave most fans flat on the mat. Federation Booker puts you at the head of a wrestling team to take part in a series of matches. While your character has plenty of wrestling skills, it's difficult to make him move. Many actions are only available under certain conditions. For example, if you grab your opponent, only then can you can punch and kick. Given how raucous a wrestling match can be, there's surprisingly little action in Federation Booker. You punch, your opponent falls down, and then with the "attack" function you torture him a bit while he writhes. Poor graphics make the crowd appear as wallpaper, a static sheet of similar unmoving faces. The most disappointing feature of Federation Booker, however, is its demo limitations. After loading this memory-heavy program (25MB), you are only allowed to launch the program three times. Even the most devoted wrestling fans will find much at fault with Federation Booking. You'd be better off watching the real thing on TV.Publisher's description
From MDickie :Federation Booker is the world's first playable wrestling-management sim, in which you must arrange and perform the most entertaining matches your imagination can muster. On the way to the top of the TV ratings, you assign costumes and gimmicks to your roster, keep them in fighting shape, and deal with their problems. Then all that remains is to lead them into the ring for a series of showdowns, complete with detailed 2D gameplay. The application features an ever-changing world of 300 wrestlers, spread across seven talent pools.
