From FastStone Soft :FastStone Capture is a flexible and intuitive screen capture software. It allows you to capture anything on the screen including windows, objects, full screen, rectangle regions, freehand-selected regions, and scrolling windows/Web pages. It has innovative features such as a floating Capture Panel, hotkeys, resizing, cropping, text annotation, printing, and e-mailing. The built-in Screen Magnifier is very fun to use.
Version 5.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: FastStone Capture 5.1
Pros: This product works great. Good for newbie. I had never used a screen capture tool before and got this and I love it. Not hard to figure out, and the magnifier tool is awesome, especially if you have trouble reading fine print or want to enlarge a picture or web page. Small download, give it a try. It's FREE, what have you got to lose.

Pros: Now PrtScrn isn't useless anymore... nice ;)!
Download it... it has also a good picture editor.
Cons: It doesn't capture the screen when I wave my hand ;))

Pros: This is a fabulous program and best of all it's FREE! Very easy to use and captures anything you want it to! Saves in any format type. Highly reccommended!
