The FLV Encoder is able to deliver a live video and/or audio stream over the Internet/Intranet from a capture device like a WEB Cam, TV Tuner or a capture card.Also a screen grabber, local pictures files or local and remote FLV movies can be used as capture sources. The FLV movies are sending as it without any recompression.The video stream is H263 encoded and the audio stream supports Uncompressed (PCM),IMA ADPCM or Lame MP3 encoded formats.Two mode of network stream delivering is possible:- The first mode (Pull sink) uses an embedded HTTP server to deliver the stream. The clients should connect to the FLV Encoder in order to receive the stream.- On the second mode (Push sink), the stream is "pushed" to Gmax FLV Server. The clients should connect to the media server in order to receive the stream. The Gmax FLV Server is a Java powered server.
