Adding to the authenticity of the gameplay, players have adopted a realistic sense of urgency on the pitch as the ball enters and leaves their circle of influence. Newcomers to the series will enjoy easy-to-play accessibility, while experienced game players will appreciate the depth of gameplay (see screen shots).

I've had this game since December 2000 and I still play in 2002, because it is the greatest game EA have ever made for FIFA. Anyone can get used to it and enjoy it. One thing I want to add is that this game is the first out of all others were the pitch is huge. Compare between any other one and 2001 you will noticed a tremendous difference and that is what I always wanted in FIFA. Do NOT ever purchase FIFA 2002 it's a horrible game comapred to 2001 .5 words to describe my feeling of this this game and those are "I'm obssessed with FIFA 2001"
