  "Average."

  Pros: It blocks virus' well.

  Cons: Memory hog, Expensive. McAfee is waay better so if your going to pay that much pay 10 bucks more and get their Security Suite. Check out my reviews on their products.

  Version: F-Secure Internet Security 2006

  "Very Good"

  Pros: Faster updates than any other program!

  Much better and does not bog down your system security package like Norton's.

  Very easy to set personal settings.

  Very good Parent Control.

  Free for me through the cable company I use for my internet connection.

  I have bought and used Norton's---HATE IT!

  Used til resently AVG--LOVED IT!

  So, why did I switch? Simple, the cable company I use it's tech. service in my opinion is second to none. I support those who support me!

  Now, for those who are complaining that they haad to delete their other anti-virus program before trying F-Secure, you cannot under any circumstance run more than one on any pc. They will conflict with each other and you will most certainly have major problems or loose your pc altogether.

  Cons: It does need a little more memory(but not a big deal)

  Will ask you to delete AD-AWARE, but F-SECURE is a run off of it. You still can run SPYBOT SEARCH & DESTROY and ADVANCED SPYWARE REMOVER along with it.

  Yes the scans are a little long, but are our lives so fast paced that we can't spare a few minutes--have a coffee or beer and let it work.

  Big CON--I was too much of a wind bag on this one...SORRY!

  + fast scanning

  + multilanguage support

  Cons: - spyware database updating can be better

  "You have got to be kidding"

  Pros: pros and f-secure do not go together

  Cons: first of all please remove this download from the site.

  I tried the free trial, it pretty much crashed my pc into the ground, i didnt think it was possible that an anti-virus could destroy your computer. i was so wrong. It screwed my computer up like no program had screwed it before. it made my whole pc freeze at the welcome screen at xp

  and then it gave me more junk at the welcome screen saying about f-secure. luckily i had norton ghost which wiped the rodent off. If you want to screw your pc download it.

  "Excellent Product!"

  Pros: I had heard both good and bad about F-Secure so I thought I would give it a try. My mcafee subscription was up so I figured why not. During the install F-Secure prompted me to uninstall mcafee - which made me a bit nervous, but I went with it. The install took a bit longer than I expected, but no big deal. Anyway, after downloading some updates, I did an entire system scan. Not only could I scan for viruses, but also spyware! I was shocked to find 23 viruses that McAfee had not detected. I have been using the product for about 3 weeks, and have been very happy with it. It's has a bunch of stuff besides antivirus and firewall and automatically scans my incoming email. This is a very good product.

  Cons: Took a while to download. System scan took some time, but it was well worth it because it did find some viruses :)
